Ms. J has a lot to say about the time a group of seven kids assaulted her 10 year old at school and gave him a concussion. What she says is not what you'd typically expect. I really respect the way she handled the situation and her outlook - as she was able to find a way to regain power over the situation despite being the one who was targeted. There's a lot to learn here about how parents, teachers and schools can shift their thinking and tactics to produce better outcomes.
